Information we use
Alluring Aura Scent uses the name, email, phone number, delivery or pickup details, and order information you provide to process purchases, arrange fulfilment, send receipts and respond to support requests. Technical information, such as IP addresses and request identifiers, may be processed to protect the store and diagnose failures.
Why we use it
Order and support information is used to fulfil your purchase and respond to you. Records may also be needed to meet legal obligations. Security and operational information helps us prevent abuse and keep the service reliable. Optional remembered checkout details are saved only when you enable that choice.
Payments and service providers
Paystack processes payment details. The store records payment references, amounts and payment status; remembered checkout data does not include card details, banking credentials or payment authorisations. Hosting, database and transactional email providers process information needed to operate the service. Delivery staff receive the details needed to fulfil your order. Providers may process information outside Nigeria; the applicable safeguards and provider locations must be confirmed before this draft is approved.
Cookies and your device
The store uses cookies and local storage for the guest cart, saved preferences and security. If you choose “Remember my checkout details on this device”, a versioned, expiring profile is stored locally. Use “Clear saved details” or “Not you?” at checkout to remove it. Avoid enabling this option on shared devices. Your private tracking link gives access to your order details; keep it private.
Keeping and protecting information
Order records are retained for fulfilment, support, accounting and legal requirements. Access is restricted to authorised staff and service providers as needed. The business must confirm its retention periods, legal identity and privacy contact before publication of an approved policy.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, object to or request restrictions on processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
